About me

Welcome to my website!

Having studied at 'La Sapienza University’ in Rome, Italy I graduated in 2009 with a Master's degree in Psychology, Cognitive rehabilitation.

I practiced at G.B. Grassi Hospital of Rome for 4 years as a volunteer psychologist dealing with multiple types or neuropathology in my patients.

I wrote a dissertation about Alzheimer’s Disease while practicing at the world renowned Gemelli Hospital of Rome and the Italian Hospital Group of Guidonia in Rome, dealing with severe traumatic brain injury, elderly people, their families, and carers.

"We do not remember days,
we do remember moments".
Cesare Pavese

The same year I decided to fulfill my clinical knowledge and commenced a 4 years Specialisation in Solution focused Psychotherapy.

Being trained in the Solution-Focused approach, l focused on ‘the here and now’ as well as treatment of the symptoms. I hold a Master in Addiction, particularly new addictions, with a focus on Emotional Addiction and Eating Disorders.

I opened my private practice in Rome, while continuing my clinical work at the hospital. In 2014 I moved to London and joined the King’s College of London as a Clinical Trial Researcher and am currently working at the Wellington Hospital of London as Clinical Psychologist.

Recently I have been working in London and Rome as an independent professional, and a lecturer of Psychology and Sociology.

I firmly believe in the mindfulness and power of our willingness, as well as motivation and commitment.
